Where not to overspend

Match the build to the monitor you own
For a 1080p high-refresh display, CPU consistency can matter in esports and simulation-heavy games, but the graphics card remains central for visual quality. A 4K target is possible in selected games with compromises, not the promise this budget should be built around.
If the current monitor is 1080p at 60Hz, a balanced system may exceed what the display can show. Preserve money for a later monitor rather than upgrading the motherboard or cooler.
